ABOUT THE JOB

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for project coordination and business transformation? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Business Transformation department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and facilitating projects related to SAP rollout activities and release cycles. You will ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and effective progress tracking. WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

·         Project Management:

o   Coordinate and facilitate the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and objective alignment.

o   Standardize processes and enforce best practices in collaboration with the Project Manager and team members.

o   Identify areas for improvement in project coordination and propose enhancements to optimize project outcomes.

·         Project Execution:

o   Follow up on project activities, proactively addressing issues to ensure timely resolution.

o   Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for issue resolution.

o   Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.

·         Project Communication:

o   Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in transformation projects.

o   Gather input and feedback from stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.

o   Prepare regular project updates, summarizing progress, milestones, and achievements.

o   Support the Project Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.

·         Resource Coordination:

o   Collaborate with the Project Manager to allocate resources based on project requirements and priorities.

o   Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion.

o   Monitor resource utilization and report any potential conflicts or constraints.

WHAT MAKES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

·         Master's degree in a relevant field.

·         1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

·         Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.

·         Ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrix organization while balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities.

·         Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

·         Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.

·         Professional and effective approach to work.

·         Awareness of the organization's structure and its impact on decision-making.

·         Fluent in English, both oral and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
